Workshops, Classes & Conference Offerings

About Lakshmi
Book Lakshmi for your event

(For organizations, collectives, and institutions)

I offer embodied, trauma-aware yoga, somatic education, and spiritual inquiry for conferences, organizations, universities, and community spaces. These offerings are designed to meet people where they are—integrating body-based practices, self-inquiry, and subtle wisdom traditions in ways that are accessible, culturally responsive, and deeply human.

Sessions can range from experiential yoga classes to interactive workshops, talks, or multi-session series, and may include themes such as embodiment, emotional literacy, nervous system regulation, identity and belonging, leadership, spiritual resilience, or the intersection of yoga and social context.

All offerings are adaptable to the needs, demographics, and intentions of your group. I am especially experienced working with spaces that value depth, integrity, and inclusion without spiritual bypassing.

Formats available:

• Keynote-style talks

• Experiential workshops

• Yoga classes (all levels)

• Multi-session series

• Conference breakout sessions

Please see the rate sheet for pricing details, and feel free to reach out to discuss custom offerings.

Testimonials

  • Lakshmi’s yoga practice goes far beyond asanas and breathwork – although it is certainly grounded in those transformative traditions. She sees you. Without judgment, she is able to grasp what your trouble is, and she offers you accompaniment; guidance in remembering your way towards light. She is a map. For anyone looking for clarity, for those wanting to reconnect to their deepest sources of strength. I give Lakshmi Nair my highest recommendation, without reserve.

    -Rachel E. Harding

  • "Lakshmi offers a rare blend of warmth, grounded structure, and heart-led guidance. Working with her helped me access and process deep inner material in a way that felt truly safe and supportive--and I continue to feel the impact in my relationships, my work, and my sense of purpose. I would choose this kind of long-term, attuned support again without hesitation."

    -Lan N.

  • "What sets Lakshmi apart from other guides is you can see so clearly that she is walking her path. In doing so, she gives us space, freedom, and autonomy to have the courage to do the same. In her containers and one-on-one work, Lakshmi holds multitudes--physically, emotionally, and spiritually--and transforms them into safety, warmth, and healing. If it were not for Lakshmi, I don't know where I would be on my path today--I can say with full confidence that she has altered the trajectory of my life for the better."

    - Juhee K.

  • In addition to her intuitive guidance and tailored yoga practices for people like myself, suffering with auto-immune and chronic illness, Lakshmi's work truly embodies the idea of holistic healing and care and has done wonders in providing me relief. I have gained tools to manage inflammation of joints, breathing techniques, stress management, and emotional release.

  • "Lakshmi Nair is a loving healer, and guide for those seeking support for their bodies, hearts, and souls. She brings deep empathy, non-judgmental support, and a high level of responsiveness to anyone she works with. Lakshmi has an exceptional gift to accompany those going through major challenges and crises in their lives. She offered me deep, loving, and nurturing support that was critical in my own healing from a very difficult divorce. I could not have gotten through that time without her care. Lakshmi weaves yoga, ayurveda, astrology, and spiritual counseling into a pathway to deep self-knowledge and healing.

    -Neha M.

  • "Lakshmi is one of my life's greatest teachers. She balances ancient wisdom with the realities of our current world, creating a profound bridge between timelines and ancestries.

As a Pakistani Muslim woman, I've often felt like a cultural outsider to yoga, but Lakshmi's decolonized approach to teaching made me feel a sense of kinship with yoga as an indigenous healing system belonging to my ancestors. It also deepened my faith as a Muslim to understand universal truths and somatic practices from different vantage points. .

Lakshmi makes the link between self healing and collective liberation ironclad. As an activist for Palestinian liberation, this teaching has been significant for me in managing spiritual burnout while being a heart-led community builder.

Lakshmi is loving and compassionate. Through a birth chart reading with her, I gained a deeper sense of self-understanding, and was able to contextualize my gifts and strengths as something divine.

Lakshmi's humility as a teacher makes her approachable -- allowing me to show up as I am on my spiritual journey. She has made my life richer -- as a student and practitioner of yoga, as a writer, and a human being. Lakshmi is a truly gifted teacher, and I'm grateful to have crossed paths with her in this life. If we all learned from Lakshmi, the world would truly be a better place.

    -Anam R

  • "As a guide, Lakshmi meets her clients with curiosity and a willingness to truly engage and walk beside them."
