A Sacred Partnership for your Alignment
The Satya Soma Sol private yoga immersion is a one on one relational healing partnership supported by the embodied wisdom of my own healing journey, the essential indigenous medicine of my ancestors, and my devotion to liberation for all people.
This immersion is for those ready to meet their truth with courage and fully engage in their healing. My presence, experience, and wisdom are offered as resource to those willing to commit to themselves with devotion.
Truth...Nectar...Illumination...

In Sanskrit, Satya means truth — not as ideology, but as lived reality.
It is what remains when illusion dissolves.
Satya is alignment—not with an external ideal, but with what is real now and with inner truth.
Satya is yoga that does not bypass suffering, but names it.
Yoga that acknowledges the trauma of racism, casteism, patriarchy, and systems of domination that fracture wholeness.
Yoga that resists appropriation and returns to its indigineity.
Satya is the foundation of my life’s work, and the sacred mission of Satya Yoga Cooperative, the BIPOC-owned community I helped birth and steward through vision, devotion, and ancestral responsibility.
Satya is clarity of awareness
Satya is the beginning of healing:
the fearless honesty that makes wholeness possible
-
Soma is Nectar.
Soma is Moon Essence:
cool, cyclical, receptive, nourishing.
Soma lives in:
the nervous system
the stillness in between breaths
the rest, ritual, rhythm
pleasure that restores and guides rather than distracts
Where Satya reveals, Soma soothes.
Ever heard the phrase “the truth hurts?”
Without Soma, truth can be painful.
With Soma, truth becomes medicine.
Soma is the lunar essence that cools the nervous system, soothes the heart, and supports deep rejuvenation. It is the antidote to the inflammatory heat of survival, oppression, and everyday stress
Soma is the root of somatic, the essence of the embodied, trauma-informed nature of my work.
We slow down. We listen. We create safety—unraveling old patterns to experience the sweetness of being.
Soma is the healing
Not through force, but through gentleness--the tender loving nourishment drawn from the ancestral wellspring.

Sol comes from the Latin word for sun; In astrology, the sun represents the soul, the inner radiance each being is here to embody.
Where Satya clarifies and Soma integrates, Sol expresses.
It is the outward movement of inner alignment—through voice, work, boundaries, creativity, devotion, and service.
Sol reflects the cosmic dimension of our work together — I integrate my knowledge of astrology to design our work to support your unique cosmic soul path.
Sol is the light that emerges when truth is honored, the soma of the body is restored, and the soul path is lucid.
Sol gives life to the world.
Sol is illumination:
The unfiltered self, shining from the inside out.
This is the arc of real spiritual transformation — honest, embodied, and luminous.

For 20 years, I have held space for practitioners to move through profound somatic, emotional, and spiritual self-study. For 7 years, I have studied astrology as a cosmic map for understanding life patterns, karmic lessons, and the subtle forces that shape our inner and outer worlds. I support people in listening more precisely to their bodies, their stories, and the deeper patterns shaping their lives.
What I bring…
Subtle Medicine
Satya Soma Sol is subtle medicine.
Rooted in the yogic understanding of healing, this work addresses dis-ease at the level of energy, nervous system, and soul, not just symptoms.
Each session is a form of subtle inquiry, where we listen carefully to the body, emotions, and life patterns to identify where energy is blocked, depleted, or accumulated.
Practices are uniquely tailored using yoga, Ayurveda, and astrology —designed for you, with you
The focus is on regulation, energetic circulation, and long-term alignment with Self, not quick fixes
Healing unfolds at a pace the body can integrate, with care and discernment
The ultimate aim is sovereignty: fluency in the language of the body and self-trust
A Diagnostic Process of Subtle Inquiry
Each session is a form of energetic listening.
Through dialogue, observation, and somatic awareness, we explore:
Where energy feels stagnant, depleted, or overactivated
How emotional and ancestral patterns and traumas are held in the nervous system and subtle body
Which chakras, elements, or planetary archetypes are asking for attention
Where you may moving out of rhythm with your natural constitution
Personalized Treatment for the Whole Being
From this inquiry, I offer tailored guidance that addresses the full system—body, breath, mind, and spirit.
Your work may include:
Specific asana sequences to stabilize, unblock, or strengthen energetic flow
Prāṇāyāma to regulate the nervous system and life force
Meditation practices to clarify perception and restore inner authority
Ritual, mantra, or contemplative practices aligned with your constitution and/or birth chart.
Lifestyle and relational adjustments that support sustainable alignment
This is slow, intelligent medicine that restores communication between body and consciousness, strengthens self-regulation, and supports long-term alignment
